These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website (sspinetec.com) and to every order you place with us. In these Terms, "SSpine Tec", "we", "us" and "our" mean the business that operates this website, and "you" means the person who visits the website or places an order. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order with us.
  • To purchase truck spare parts and accessories, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your name, delivery address, phone number and, for business purchases, your GST details.
  • We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud or misuse, or that breaches these Terms.
3. Product Information and Fitment
  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions, part numbers and images for all spare parts listed on our site. Images are for reference, and packaging or minor appearance may differ from the item supplied.
  • We supply OEM and genuine spare parts. Brand names, logos and part numbers shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify a product or its compatibility.
  • Before ordering, please check that the part suits your truck's make, model, year and chassis. If you share your vehicle model, chassis number and a photo of the old part, our team will help confirm the fit before dispatch.
  • If we confirm a fit to you in writing (by email or WhatsApp) and the part turns out not to fit, we will treat it as an incorrect product under Section 8.
4. Pricing
  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Whether GST is included is shown on the product page and at checkout.
  • Prices and stock may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or supplier changes. The price shown when you place your order applies to that order.
  • SSpine Tec reserves the right to cancel orders affected by a pricing error, a listing error or unavailable stock. In that case we will inform you and refund any amount you have already paid in full.
5. Orders and Cancellation
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation.
  • You can ask us to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us by phone, WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been dispatched, Section 8 applies.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order if the stock is unavailable, we cannot deliver to your pin code, payment is not completed, or we suspect fraud or misuse.
6. Payment Terms and GST Invoice
  • We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and other secure online payment options.
  • Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully completed. Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways.
  • If money is debited from your account but your order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within the timelines of your bank or payment provider.
  • A GST invoice is issued with every order. Please enter your GST details correctly when you place the order.
  • In case of suspected fraud or misuse, SSpine Tec holds the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.
7. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India to serviceable pin codes. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method, and any delivery date we share is an estimate. While we dispatch promptly, we are not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

  • Please give a complete and correct delivery address and a working phone number.
  • Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or opened, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or a video of the parcel and the product.
8. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns are accepted under certain conditions, including incorrect, defective or damaged products. To learn more, refer to our Refund Policy.

  • To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video showing the problem.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging, with all accessories and paperwork.
  • We cannot accept returns of parts that have been installed or used, parts damaged by incorrect installation or misuse, parts specially ordered for you on request, or parts ordered against vehicle details that we did not confirm.
  • Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, it is stated on the product page or invoice and is subject to the manufacturer's terms.
9. Acceptable Use
  • Please use the website only for lawful purposes and genuine purchases or enquiries.
  • Do not copy or scrape our content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the website or place false or fraudulent orders.
10. Limitation of Liability
  • SSpine Tec is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of business, vehicle downtime or loss of income.
  • We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect installation, use of a part for a purpose it is not meant for, or misuse. Parts should be fitted by a qualified mechanic.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
11. Intellectual Property

All logos, text, product images and designs on this website are the intellectual property of SSpine Tec or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts at Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, where our registered office is located.
