1. Shipping & Delivery Information
At SSpine Tec, we ensure safe and timely delivery of OEM and genuine truck spare parts across India. Every order is checked and packed with care so that your parts reach you in good condition.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- Processing may take longer if a part is not in stock or demand is high. If that happens, we will tell you the expected dispatch time.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Domestic Shipping (India): 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer.
- Delivery may be affected by weather, strikes, road or transport disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges:
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the product.
- Free Shipping: Available on select orders (as mentioned at checkout).
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost where offered.
Heavy and Large Parts:
Some truck parts, such as hydraulic cylinders, radiators and leaf springs, are heavy or bulky. These may be sent through a freight or transport carrier instead of a regular courier. For such orders, we confirm the shipping charges and the estimated delivery time with you before dispatch.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS. You can track your order through the courier's website or check its status any time on your My Orders page. For freight or transport shipments, we will share the booking details on request.
3. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted courier and transport partners, chosen according to your delivery location and the size and weight of your parcel. The name of the carrier and your tracking details are shared with you once the order is dispatched.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate before placing an order, and keep your phone reachable on the delivery day.
- If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because no one was available to receive it, additional charges may apply for reshipping.
- Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged or opened, tell us as described in Section 7.
6. International Shipping
Our regular deliveries are across India. If you need parts delivered outside India, please contact us before ordering with your country and requirement. We will confirm whether we can ship, the charges and the estimated delivery time.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees in their country.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance processes.
7. Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments
We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. However, if issues arise:
- Damaged Products: Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or a short unboxing video showing the parcel and the product.
- Lost Shipments: Contact us if your order is not delivered within the expected time. We will check with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.
- Missing Items: Notify us immediately, with your order number and photos of the parcel, so we can resolve it.
